Black Hole Station is my first album under the Oblivi522m name. It is very loud and chaotic. It also features probably my best song under this name, "Absolutely Sections" (dumb name, i know)
Track Listing:
This track is only available in full album video. It's not really a song, nor a track that counts from the album. As the title suggests, it's a warning for listeners that the album is very loud and experimental.
Lyrics: "Just so you know, this album isn't meant to be actual music, it's more just me experimenting. Also, it's incredibly loud, so don't listen to this casually."
This track's original title is BOul&H#n6RDg$&FF_tT1. If you decode the real title from morse code, you get nrthuz3bebxhqy3toqqhe3db, which I'm sure can be decoded to the old title but I forgot which encoder I used (i just remember i used cryptii for it). It is also the oldest song published to Oblivi522m.
The glitched part is actually an unused name for my good songs. You can very faintly hear "Cosmofish". The unused name this is refering to is "Blue Cosmofish" which was originally gonna be the name where my good songs would go, but I felt at that point it was just a Pink Floyd ripoff, so I changed the name.
Lyrics: Thank you [Glitch], and now, give it up for the dog concert!
[Silence]
He'll be here anytime soon- Oh there he is. Give it up for the dog concert!
[Applause]
My first recorded improv session. This was actually bad playing on purpose, since it was supposed to be a dog playing it, but for some reason the dog concerts just ended up with me improvising on a keyboard (for like 50 minutes). Also, the recording on most of my improvs are bad because I (for some reason) record them in whatsapp audios (horrible) and they were originally .opus files instead of .mp3
only available on youtube. i got nothing to say about this one it's just cheering and my dog barking
A microtonal piano piece on 15/16 time signature. Second longest song in the album (also probably the worst one in here). Transitions into the next song. In the making of this song, I was thinking of making a music video for it in 2D, but I ran into 2 problems: I had no idea how to incorporate the song into a music video and I just didn't want to do it, so I didn't.
first long title. this song slowly devolving into madness was made by starting a recording on FL studio with an empty project. The audio will start stacking up, and in this case my microphone was also picking stuff from the audio of the project, so it also stacked the previous recordings and the app's metronome (which i forgot to turn off). "ft. the 35 woodpeckers damaging your head" refers to this metronome, which "makes you lose conscient" as in it starts to go offset, going more into chaos. "live at nuclear atomic nuke bomb" refers to the song just sounding like a nuke at the end
Oldest song from the album, estimated to be from around 2022/2023. Was originally made for a GDPS editor 2.2 level with the same name, which is probably lost to time
Longest (and in my opinion best) song from the album. Space Station is just a short prelude which lasts around 20 seconds. very Swag, Amen is the real start of the song. Just One Way utilizes a preset melody from FL studio and starts twisting it until Flashing Darks fades in, which uses a bunch of reversed and distorted samples. Completely Paralyzed spans from the piano part until the end of the song (yes, the silence at the end is important for the song, I see it as a moment for anyone who actually liked it to take a break, since the end of the song is pretty chaotic. it is also there to make xd more unexpected).
i do not regret this being the last song, in fact i think it's really important to the album's impact.
